Golden Sheen Obsidian Bracelet

An igneous rock, obsidian is a type of glass that is formed when magma is extruded from a volcano.  The golden sheen variety occurs when tiny bubbles of gasses are stretched and nearly flat against the flow layers as it cools.  Obsidian is thought to be a good stone for protection against negative energy.  A 6 on the Mohs scale; hard enough to be worn as a bracelet with worries of it breaking, but be cautious of rough wear, as it can be prone to scratching over time.
